rd28eti no start

Hi all,
My sons GU Patrol with rd28eti engine wont start. He drove it to a mates, stopped the truck, went to start it later and it wouldn't start. I have tested everything and all seems ok but there is no fuel to the injectors. Pump primes ok. Fuel shutoff solenoid is working. Glow system is fine. I have just removed the pump ready to strip and inspect. I suspect there is a blockage or worse something broken internally. Anybody got any ideas?

Clutches straws, but blocked fuel filter.??
Check vacuum hoses ?????

Vacuum hoses are good. Fuel filter ok. Fuel is getting to the pump and bleeds fine but not getting fuel to injectors even with the fuel shutoff bypassed.

How's the timing belt and tensioners?

Good! Only just replaced them. Checked them though all ok

How's the harmonic balancer and bolt, still tight?
