Has anyone tried this out to modify the power characteristics of their rd28t? I have a 99 gu patrol.
I say this because I come from a background of modifying rb series turbo engines. I know that advancing overall cam timing improves top end power whilst retarding improves bottom end.
Can the same principle be applied to the rd28t?
Also would it be beneficial if you could easily adjust the pump timing back and forth manually from the pulley or is there another easy way?
Thanks in advance.
