Hey all, I have owned a Navara 3.0 STR Ute for about 8 years and I'm looking at upgrading to a Patrol.
Have loved the ute, but it is feeling a bit small and tired.
Joined up to learn more about the Patrol as I have always loved the look of them.
So please feel free to offer me any advice on models I should avoid etc.
Budget will not stretch to a new one, so will be looking at a second hand 2004+ model I think.

I tow a 5m boat around a bit and my vehicles see a lot of sand and salt water.

G'day mate welcome aboard 2004 onwards is a good start. If going diesel (I would) ensure a documented service history is available especially early in its life
