Toyota Bonnet Struts On my Gu

I was just about to order some new struts for my gu as i was getting sick off proping it up when working on my patrol when i found these in the shed. i think there off a 80 series land cruiser. there slighty longer by about 10 mm but there alot bigger in diameter and work prefect for the gu. I only had to cut the locating tab off of the bottom and the bolted straight on. there alot stiffer than the patrol ones and lift the bonnet its self when unlatch. Couldnt of worked out better :thumbup:

Looks like GU to me... Flat bonnet and curved quarter panel.

Got sick of Motorculture so gone back to Tappa

A GQ i hope not ivve been drivng it for the last two months hahahha its 2004 GU. I just thought i was interesting so i thought id share my find
