2000 GU window rattle

Hi all, can some one tell me the best place to get bailey channel rubbers and the rubber trim that sits on the door trim and the window. thanks.....................Stevet;)

Not sure what you're after but Rare Spares have rubber for everything.

I had a window rattle with mine . the problem was solved with some self adhesive strip of velcro , soft side only , fitted in the channel . no more window rattle and cheap .

Other thing you can do, which is what I did to mine GUII as the driver side window would rattle when half way down. I found the bailey channel was badly worn inside the door just below the weatherstrip. To buy an OEM bailey channel I was quoted around the $160 for it. GTFO I say!
So I pulled the door trim off, removed the regulator and window, and just pulled the channel out of the front vertical rail that holds the channel inside the door and peeled it out to around where the window starts to turn 45deg. You need to unscrew the door mirror too for this.
I then removed the vertical rail from the door, took it down to Clark Rubber and got a metre length to suit the rail. Once home I cut the OEM channel just before it turns 45deg upwards. (note the plastic cover from the mirror hides this bid, that why you need to remove it for now) Put the vertical rail back in the door, I then fit and glued in with Gorilla Grip the new channel, put everything back in, wound the window up and left it for a day for the glue to set. If you don't glue it the channel slides down when you wind down the window so you need to glue it.

Now I have no rattle, a new channel is in, cost was around $12 to do the job. You will only see the join when your looking right at it and the window is down.
