Running gas it's necessary keeps some lube up to the top end which gas can dry. Better for your valve seats too.

G,Day, Pezzer. Some people swear by cylinder head lube when running lpg, but it is a personal choice. I have just helped strip down a V6 with a burnt valve, which had not had the lube bottle fitted. I used to use a product called Flash lube.

I watched it today and it seemed to be using too much so now I found a screw that when turned slowed the flow, if it lubes like 2 stroke oil it should not need so much through surely.

No shouldn't use alot. I did a quick google and it seems people have it set at a drip rate of 1 drop every 6 seconds.

It's Morey's and 1 drop every 8 secs is best. it's a lead replacement system for older engines and is used to help keep the valve seats in reasonable condition.

I am now looking to move this kit onto the Efi motor, has anyone fitted one and which vacuum line have you used, maybe a pic or 2?

yeh pezzer..mine was mounted on the left side of the radiator.on the radiator support panel..(facing the motor )..the vacuum line was T'd into the vacuum line going to the square part of the moulding on the front of the inlet manifold just behind the fuel pressure regulator...very easy fit.....sorry to say but I just threw it all away along with the complete gas system...cheers

Your head may last 300,000 without it on gas in which case your head will need a reco anyway.
Travelled over 400,000 k without it, Just ran it on petrol on a regular basis. It coats your valve seats
