newbie from the netherlands

hello people ,

i share the passion for the nissan (datsun) patrol.
my dad is driving a 3.3 td for a few years and its the best car i ever drove in. also for the heavy trailer work.

since a couple of weeks i own a 160 swb with a 2.8 gasoline engine.

car was born in 1984 . after some trouble @ customs department in my country (i bought the car in Germany) i can start restauration now.

there is some welding needed around the car and further a lot of little elektrical work.
car was stored in an old barn for four years already.
so i have to cl;ean every connector for the lightning because of corrosion:1087:
and some new rubber bushings for the springs..

but thats the reason i bought the car for hobby

i`m 26 living together with my girlfriend in the south of my small country.
working worldwide as site engineer in animal feed mills.
