since changing the battery I have not been able to unlock the door it sounds like it unlocks at the handle. The lock moves up and down but it does not move high enough to unlock. Any had this same problem and how did you over come it.
I have a GQ patrol 92 wagon.
Thanks

Is it an aftermarket kit in there?
I have just finished installing a new master in my door.. what can happen is there is a small plate that all the connecting rods run through and it is common for the screw to come loose and not grab at the mechanism.
Not hard to quickly pull apart (about 1min) see how ya go!!

I had the same problem mate, had to take the rear seat out so I could pull off the door trim and the rod had just come undone so I did it up and all was good.

How hard is it to get the door cards off a gq. Have not tried to get mine off yet but will have to soon as the front and rear passenger locks don't operate fully. Must just need a bit of a tweak similar to mentioned above.

Very easy, there's a couple of screws and then it just pulls off from the clips.

You can probably do it without taking out the seat out but I think it was easier to take I out

Can you make a hook out of wire and try to lift the lock? Maybe pull the trim off the other door so you can work out how to do it?
