A good mate has had it since new and has had nothing but trouble with it,

Can you please give me a list of mods he should do to it,

I believe there is a ZD30 Bibile somewhere, do a search as there is heaps of information on this forum,

Some suggested; EGT Block, Dawes & Needle Valve, EGT Gauge, Boost Gauge, Catch Can, Snorkle (I did find a decent improvement with this), service the cooling system etc..

What trouble has he had?
The CRD's do not generally suffer the "Hand Grenade" problems of the early ZD30's.

What sort of trouble Tonks?

There normally isn't too many problems with the CRD, but I guess the main ones are oil leaks, faulty TPS throttle sensors, and high fuel use on some.

The only mod it has is a snorkel,
Its was back to the dealer before warranty ran out for a whine in the diff and also a funny noise in the turbo, they replaced the turbo & also replaced rear wheel bearings,
Its pretty gutless, is the DP Chip the go.
