Probably not. The profile would be completely different. You cold do a test fit and see how much modding was required.

I have side steps in melton for a gq - the tops are ok, the brackets have rusted though - if you already have some factory ones - that are bent you could use mine to make them look ok

Im in the process of making sliders for my truck

OE steps are just extruded alloy aren't they, if so just knock out an end cap and cut to length.
Seeing your mate is handy around steel , cant see any probs fabricating some mounting plates

Yep original equipment.

Where are you located mate. I'm heading to south east Melbourne this weekend and I have some old custom ones made to suit the wide wheel kit.

There are a few rusted out spots on the frame work but if you mate is good with a welder and grinder its an easy fit up.
Also a few knocks but there straight.

Pm me with a mobile number if your interested and ill send some picks threw.

Mine are to suit LWB but can easily be modded.. anyway, let me know

Hi guys, I have been offered a set of factory side steps from a series 3 or 4 gu st. Any ideas if they will bolt straight on to my series 6 dx with wide wheel pack?

In answer to my own question, Yes they will bolt on but the fares don't allow the side steps to fit. The shape is completely different.

Bugga to hear mate. Any way to mod the step to fit if the mounts line up?

How did the steps go in the end luke?

The plastic end pieces are a different profile to fit the different profile factory flares...
