My rd28eti wont start at all, by fluke it turned over and tacho was moving, so i cleaned all
Wires and terminals and tapped starter still nothing, battery has 12.9v before ignition checked and 12.6 after glow plugs
Could anyone please show some light? Thank you on advance hilly
