Hey folks, I want to give Huntsman Products (http://stores.ebay.com.au/Huntsman-Products/TRAILER-PARTS-/_i.html?_fsub=1126607015) of Mordialloc a BIG thumbs up for great service & generosity.
I bought 30 wheel nuts from them via eBay. 24 for my 4 wheels. 4 to hold the two spares in place & two spare nuts in case I should lose any.They arrived very quickly & I left them positive feedback. Some days later when at the tyre joint getting my new wheels fitted it was found that of the 30 nuts two were the wrong size (12 x 1.5). Last Friday I zapped off an email to Huntsman asking them if they would send me two replacement nuts. I got an email back almost immediately (even though it was evening) apologising & promising to send me the replacement nuts first thing next working day (Tuesday because of the long weekend). As good as their word, the nuts arrived today, but instead of 2 replacements, I received a full set of 24. These guys know how to look after their customers & how to run a business. They sell all sorts of other stuff including wheels, tyres & trailer parts. On the basis of my experience with them I have no trouble recommending them.
