Have you sent them a personal message or perhaps contact Threedogs as his had dealings with them.

I ordered an intercooler paid for it last week arrived Tuesday and I'm fitting it saturday.
More than happy with the service. price and product. Dont jump the gun too Quick,
might be my fault, your intercooler may be made from my tanks but I cant send IC till saturday.
