Hey,
Joining up from india.
Looking at picking up a used Y60 patrol because always liked the way it looked and what it stood for.
Currently drive a Subaru forester ....... What should one expect in terms of ownership experience .

Welcome to the forum Kapooraj.

What can you expect, as long as you find a Patrol in good condition you can expect great reliability and strength, as near to go anywhere ability as you will get with any standard car. It is also one of the most easily modified 4WD's you will find with a huge range of aftermarket parts available. They're not as car like to drive as a Forester, but that's part of the attraction for most people.

Welcome and hope you enjoy as I have so far in my short time here so far.

I have found Patrols to be a tough truck that will go just about anywhere. Other 4x4's are just over size cars that get stuck.
