Gday, got new boots fitted 2day BFG KM2 4 my GU. LT 265 75 16. Look gutsy n tuff, very happy, less road noise than I thought for an aggressive tyre. In SA we have a 15mm OD above standard law,or I would've gone bigger, but does fill guards nice. Now cant wait to hit some tracks, be like xmas. Misses couldn't believe I spent so much but wen she seen em, loved em!! Was guna get Maxxis Bighorn 764,fort BFG outa my budget. But the dude at Bob jane Salisbury said he do em 4 same
price, SOLD. I knew from this forum they r serious tyres, so thnx to all who posted.
Paid $305 fitted ea x 5 + wheel alinement $45 = $1570 YEEHA

Yeah they are awesome a awesome tyre. I have put 55,000 on mine so far and by measuring tread depth they are about half worn. They have only been balanced twice and one of those times was when they were fitted. I do rotate them every service though.

I think I will go these next time I need road tyres, and just stick to one set of tyres. They seem to get heaps of kms out of them,

Err went with writing out for now, prob flip em down the track for wear purposes. Guna play with air pressures. So many opinions, they filled em 40psi all round, think I put rears up to 45 as I tradie n carry tools daily. Also mit try that 4psi rule I read on ere. BFG website sent me recommendations, can post em later if somebody wants?
