Factory GU Y61 radio units...

Just curious which stereo/bluetooth/mp3 units come with new Y61's 2010 onwards. Are they the same units used in the d22 navaras? For example like the one below...

Yeah that looks like what I have in mine.
I've had it replaced already as all the numbers under the screen were popping off.
Replaced under warranty.
Great to have handsfree , Bluetooth, iPod connectivity

Thanks for the reply mate. Reason I was asking is, I have one of them left over from my 2010 D22. Considering popping it into my 09 GU, a curently it has a radio/cd/cassette (yes you read right, cassette!) player. So I've got bluetooth and mp3 until I sort out and decide what audio/nav unit I'll be getting. So I'll then ( i hope) assume it'll pop straight in and connect without too much hassles.

try xenon shop on ebay, do a well priced double din unit with the lot

I had one of them put in mine under warranty the guy that installed it said it is the latest model unit 2012 you will have to change the plug from the harness in your car plus one hour to muck around with the wiring although that was for mine 07 mod im guessing yours will be the same.kev
