GU Patrol tail lights - how to fit

Hi I have a 2000 GU and Ive just taken receipt of new tail lights, the dummy ones that sit in the body. I tried to take the old ones out but have no idea how to access the screws, can anyone help?

Im also after the wheel arch flares for the rear the ones that fit onto the rear door, I know its a long shot but if anyone can help out let me know.
