Be cheaper DIY.....with oils and filters. Most part of the major service.

My main reason for asking is the beast is new to me and the first will be a major, I would like to get the "once over" from a source then I can go from there

You will need to find a source you can trust. Most will change out the oils/filters and a quick check of components.

Got me one. Have been using a mob that are a no BS type.. Good blokes and straight shooters...

If you still have your service schedule book, it'll be in there. If you don't have one hopefully on of the nice blokes on here might be able to help........ What model, age, furl type due you have?
