gas bottles and ladders

why is it that no one has made a simple gas bottle holder or rear ladder for the patrol!?!?!

it seems everything is made for the rhino rack and if you have a cage roof rack floor there is nothing available unless you want to weld something to the rack.. you need to know how to weld and have a welder!

and don't get me started on rear ladders.. i knacker my back climbing up on the wheels trying to get stuff off..

you can get ladders for the patrol look on ebay about $350

if you go to New Zealand nearly Every GQ (Safari) has a rear ladder from factory! got me stumped why we dont see them here. They hang on teh small back door.

Found one on ebay the other day though! Made here! about time.

@ MR I think those side ladders are illegal now,
used to be the norm on every troopy you saw outback.
slowly they were phased out IMO.

Yeah the side ladders are but the ones for the GQ are a rear mount ladder that clips over the top of the small door and specs into the door at the number plate. Have a look at the link 3d you will see what I mean. That is a copy of the factory ones I have seen in NZ

Had about 4 designs of rear ladders for years thats why the name Outback
it was for out the back of 4x4s, Outback get it,,,,, sheeeesh.
Just re drawing Billys to show him tomorrow.
