Advance timing solenoid on td42ti

Hey guys,
I have a arching out noise coming from my advance timing solenoid on the bottom of the pump, Have replaced it with a new one an still making noise! Any ideas before I head to Auto electrician.

Ps I think it's called advance timing solenoid. Haha. It's at the bottom of the pump In between pump an engine mount
