Rear interior1/4 window flares

Hi all,

New here and a question;

I've recently bought a Patrol 2010 3.0 CRD ST, very happy but the interior flares in the boot area have unfortuately been modified by the previous owner (VIC police).
Too much gap between the flares and the windows and a bit ugly.

I've been looking for replacement flares (including clips) on the net, but so far no luck.
Does anybody know where I could buy them and how much it would roughly set me back?

Bit confused by what you describe as "internal flares"
