Turbo duel fuel carbie tb42

Has anyone fitted a turbo to a tb42 with a carbie and still have it on gas and petrol?
Can it be done effectively and what results will it get?

Yes it can be done a few comp trucks run Gas only, just tune accordingly I would think

I know it can be done for strait gas but I am asking for duel fuel and if its viable

I'm not entirely sure about a carb and gas setup but it is possible and viable with an injected motor if you run a stand alone ecu that is setup to change the tune when you switch to gas.

I think it would be possible with the carb and a blow through setup but I think one fuels tune would be at a compromise to run well on the other.

You can use a down draft or side draft webber set up but as newby said the timing for gas is not the same as petrol the fuel mixtures will be easy coz one is adjusted at the carby and the other on the converter, i'm not sure of the mixer tho how that will cope with boost pressure.
