Hi all

Bought a complete exhaust kit for my gq patrol and it came with 3 of these
http://www.bestmufflers.com/bshop/product_info.php?cPath=123_365&products_id=606&osCsid=9b7c0b310ab710aef5643d5907bb1944
But I'm at a loss as to how to fit them. Any help/pictures will be very very very much appreciated!

Cheers

Andy

not knowing for sure but looks like that mounts to the chassis and then the braket on the exhuast mounts to that and your existing mount will probably do the job

Pretty all exhaust kits retain the factory mounts...

Hehe saw that coming nissangq4.2.:)

Reason I ask is that the catylitic converter section of pipe has a bracket welded onto it, but it doesn't meet up with any existing brackets or mounts or anything. I thought that the pipe was in backwards so tried reversing it, fitting it upside down but it only fits one way. So no idea. At the moment it's all in and feels solid, but I'd feel better if I added the extra mount, just for peace of mind.

Sent the exhaust mob an email and they weren't sure why they were put in the kit as they are infact for a Toyota land cruiser, and not for this kit.

All good

Cheers for the replies.
