Just got back from the sunshine state. Got stranded in Emerald due to floods, boiled a friends car in 38c heat, 5 minutes later destroyed his bonnet in a hail storm, 2 mins after that almost ran into a car stopped in the middle of the motorway under a bridge. Rained and rained and rained. Airplanes broke down ( luckily we werent on it at the time). And this was a holiday.. So glad we're home.
Taking the Katrol next time !!!

Ahhh ... beautiful one day ... drowning the next!!! Not that I can control it (trust me, I give it a red hot go!!! lol), but sorry to hear about the weather ... normally not like this and we are all dead set sick of the rain also - I got stranded up at Emerald also the Thursday before last (just as they opened the road), so know how you must have felt. At least you're back safe!!

Thanks Guys.
We pick up new boat tomorrow, fingers crossed. Was thinking of heading west this year but we were going to do it in a '64 falcon so thought it might be a bit hot. Would like to get over there one day. Just lots of fishing for now..
Merry xmas to all
