Hi All. A newcomer to the 4x4 scene. I have recently purchaed a 1992 GQ Patrol and madly scrambling out find out as much as I can about the scene the truch and all things Nissan GQ. For those who are interested, its a 92 GQ Patrol (obviously) 2 inch suspension lift, with all terrains for everyday use. It came with a rear cargo barrier, false floor and a couple of CS's. I have managed to pick up a set of 33 in Mud Terrains on sunraysiers for off road use and a portable air compressor. Seemed like a smart move to me. I suspect like most people, the list of 'I wants' for the truck is longer that the list of 'I haves'. I would welcome any thoughts on the best moves (value for money) from here as to what I should look at next. Im thinking roof cage??? \
Cheers.

G'day HTB. Welcome to the forum, mate.
Your thought process intrigues me. Why are you thinking of a roof cage? Are you planning to be driving on your roof more than on your rubber? Love to hear your thoughts.
Lots of Vics on here. Enjoy. and after 25 posts, it's access to a manual.
Take care out there.

Ahh,
I already have a set of 33's so i thought I had the rubber covered? Im happy to be corrected though.
The thought with the roof cage / racks is that I can load a bunch of crap on the roof when out and about. Snow boards, bikes, wood, spare tyres jerry cans etc.
Cheers, oh and by the way great website. I joined looking for info and knowledge. There appears to be lots of it!
