Was that in Australia?
I shopped around and checked on line when I bought my BFG's and did not see anything below $360 except overseas.

Yeah, thats a good price, when I got my muddies they were around the $320 mark and I thought that was good... As long as they are made in the US and not in other country they will be good and not one of those parallel or grey imports

Heres the expired ebay listing:

even factoring in $100 for freight, that still works out at $300 a tyre + say $50-$60 to fit them all, still alot cheaper then the $425 price I was given hahaha

I paid $400 a tyre fitted and balanced for 285/75/16 BFG KM2's and at the rate they are wearing I should see 90,000km. So money well spent so far.

Can I ask what rims you bought? I have been told I need to lift my patrol at least 2" before I can fit the same tyres otherwise the fronts will rub when turning does that sound right.
Cheers.

Depends on whether yours is a GQ or GU but in either case no you won't need a lift but on a GQ you may find the tyres will scrub on the mud guard brackets when on full lock

Don't slap it, tap it!!!!

My 33's (285/75/16) scrub on full lock in my GU (no lift) but then again so did my 31's (265/70/16)

Eric.

Ballistic hyjaks 16X8 -6 offset, I heard the same although I have a 2" lift I removed the front mud flaps before I fitted the new shoes, I do plan on putting them back on just have not had enough time to play around yet
