Well I finally got the ball rolling on the build up today.

Ordered.
O/L premium loop winch bar (colour coded)
VRS 9500 winch synthetic
O/L side steps & brush bar (colour coded)
Kaymar rear bar dual wheel carrier (colour coded)
Harrop E locker (front)
LRA 146L main tank
2" lift bilstein shocks & dobinsons springs with poly air bags in the back
Superior rear coil tower bolt in brace

Looking at a 4 week wait which works out well still decieding on the new intercooler
to go with the 3" taipan exhaust & tunit chip which I plan on ordering in 2 weeks so
the whole thing can be done in one hit.

The old wallet definatly took a hiding but can't agrue with the intended end product;)

Colour coded in platinum the same as the patrol, should come up a treat thats for sure;
Will have pictures up when done, but it's going to be a wait unfortunately...

It seems like you have a fairly good idea of what you want, but i could chime in here and add something.....

Have you looked at the Beaudesert Exhaust at 2.75 inch. It seems to be the best for the CRD from my research, along with the Unichip

I was shown a picture of a white colour coded O/L front bar on a patrol hmm to much white for my liking but everyone has there opinion I prefer white with the black bar work..

My mates trying to talk me into the beaudesert that's what he's running and almost went that path but I know the manager at O/L an he's been in the 4wd game a long time always got great advice, he actually talks me out of buying extra gear and save a dollar lol.

Where got 5 weeks up the cape at the end of September so should be a nice lap to stretch its legs:)

I'm actually chasing leather seats out of a ti but no luck as yet, but I find the seats in mine actually really comfy...

If its not to late id cancel the O/L side steps & brush bar as they are as weak ass piss!!! I have the O/L side steps and I can tell you they are CRAP!! Held on by Ubolts and very weak...

Sure hope the pore bugger got a chance to cancel the side steps!! If I was him Id now go get a custom side step made that is 3 times as good and strong!! I will be tossing my OL ones in the bin as soon as I get my custom ones made!! Don't get me wrong the OL ones look great but as soon as you need them to perform they will just bend and scratch the crap out of your sill..

Guys looks like I'll have to suck it an see with the side steps but I mite have to get the bro to reinforce them maybe? Will have to wait an see.
Order the intercooler Friday going a ARE unit with 9" fan and there bonnet scoop got a few $ back out of $1900 delivered!!

The seats were done at Alphaline in Melbourne and your right they weren't cheap, cost me $2500 to get all seven seats into leather and custom bucket seats.

Its a bit of coin but they look so sweet! Trouble is I couldn't fit that in my budget now geez doesn't take much for it to blow out!!!

Wow its been over 5 weeks since I've been on here, geez time flies!! Well unfortunately nothing has been done to the patrol as yet still waiting for all the gear to turn up so It all gets done in one hit. On the upside its given me time to save the other 11 k owning. I've since got 3 autron gauges and there dual battery system but just gotta find the time to fit it all? I purchased a austrack roof top tent an awning today which will turn up next week for a trail run next weekend, hopefully I don't get to many complaints from the wife about climbing the ladder lol;)
