Hello everyone,

Although I have only been a Nissan Patrol man for as long as I've been 4WD man (about a year now), my journey has come to a temporary end.

Due to excessive costs to fuel up, repayments for the vehicle and only being on an apprentice wages with a second kid on the way, I've had to look at either selling or trading in Theo to make way for a cheaper to run family car.

I would like to thank everyone on this forum who has helped me so much to gain a better understanding of my vehicle and have given some valuable advice along the way. It has been a fun journey and one that I will take back up in years to come when the kids are older and can enjoy coming 4WDing with me.

I have about 6 months left with Theo so if there is anyone interested in buying my mate, feel free to MSG me.

Once again, thank you all..

Always sad to see a member go. But drop by anytime for a chat. We are always here. 15 years ago I had to sell my beloved MK shorty I had poured my heart and soul into. I was devastated. But I kept the personalised plates "MUDSKI" and said one day I will get another. It took 15 years but I got one...

Catch ya around the traps...

Daniel,

Just because you don't own a Patrol doesn't mean you still can't be a member of this forum,

Mate, good luck with the sale and hang around mate because this forum isn't just about Patrols, it's about mateship.

Take care

Mark

That's good to hear Shonky as it's always sad to lose a family member, sorry to hear about selling the Troll, thought I had to do the same but gave myself a good hiding for thinking about it LOL.

Congrats on no.2 dude. Stick around and have a chat. I also had to sell my awesome gu4.2td about 5 years ago. Put alot of work into it and heaps of mods. Went everywhere with me even across qld and cape york. Hurt to sell it but i knew id get another and i did about a year ago. Youll find another one and get back into it again.
Good luck bud.
