gawd, I hate these threads ...

25l/100km city/highway. 30+ in low range. New mixer, valves done, dyno and two different lpg mechanics. I know autos use a bit more but ...

16l/100km. I wish! What's your secret guys?

yeah pretty good. you'd be getting over 450 k's per tank on lpg if you have the same size 88 litre tank as me. id say its hwy ks as i get the same from mine in hwy with 33's. what do you get in city on lpg Alex....

jgoose, 12 lit /100 towing a trailer, that's amazing. is the car stock??

4by. All ive done to it so far is fit a k&n pod filter the one thats mounted in a cone type housing the opening was sitting too close to the windscreen washer bottle so i just used a couple of nylon tyes to hold it up level with the original air cleaner housing mounts as a temp solution as soon as i get time ill connect it to my snorkel

Im getting 13 - 14 / 100 on the freeway and 17 - 18 / 100 city. Stock everything on 265's a/ts using 98 RON. My goal would be 9 -10 freeway and 13 - 14 city but i don't think that will happen with the 4.5, i was going to try and better my economy with an exhaust, snorkel and air filter/ box upgrade buy haven't had a chance to do anything lol.

Just returned from a Camping Trip towing a Jayco Dove Camper Van

450 K's and used 107 Litres of LPG and that is 23.87/100 K's at a cost of $64.24 and that equates to 14.276 cents per Kilometre

Thanks Bob, numbers I dream of ... btw, new maf and voltages are good.

Do you run a tank of petrol through every now and then? Do you use a valve lubricant? How often do you do the valve clearances?

thanks in advance.

I run a Tank of Petrol through every 4/5 Tanks of Gas
Valve Lubricant Kit being installed this Weekend
Valve clearances checked every 10,000 K's
