Shite weather certainly brings out the 4x4s. Down here weather is wet [normal] as well
but its been dry for so long its still a tad dusty, but not for long

Great area Winnie, We are very lucky in Vic IMO

Not far from Winnie & we are still pretty dry up here on top of the Strzleckis. Our dams are still empty & cracked. We did get 27mm two days ago, the highest fall by a long shot since 5th December last year, but little run off, the ground just sucked it up. It was good however to see a small inch deep puddle appear in the middle of a dam that has been bone dry for months. Generally we are now getting heavy dew & fog most mornings which is keeping things green & providing enough moisture for the sheep to survive. Hanging out for a lot more rain to fill the dams.
