Just got home from hospital again, I attend every couple of months and under general have skin cancers cut out. Lost count of the BCC's & SCC's they have cut out from my face, head, arms and torso. All this from a mis spent youth not covering up. I still have many more to have removed and will continue to for ever.

Wear a hat and shirt or wear the consequences:jawdrop:

And remember a hat won't stop reflected sunlight, from water and other surfaces. Slap some sunscreen on as well!

Yes 100% agree everything you do in your youth ,everything Will come back and bite you on the rrrrs no exceptions.
even footy injuries, but prefer to call them war wounds Lol Some can even predict the weather.

Always makes me laugh when I see Brits abroad baking themselves in the sun for two weeks in Spain. Bloody fools.

Factor 20 and a hat for me.

Talking about everything coming back and biting you on the butt no exceptions.
The same can be said about the good you did during the early days as well
Grade 1-2,,, I was milk monitor If I didn't drink 8 small bottles of milk {warm}
most days I'll go he. Never broken a bone in my life and i was a thrill seeker from hell
Even Hang gliding, motorbikes dirt and road, plus was skin diving from an early age
as holidays were at Kilcunda a great beach location has to be good for lungs.
My resting heart beat is 45-47 bpm nurses always ask what sport I do.
Not sure if drinking is a sport, same as fishing is a sport no one told the other team {fish}
its just a sport. Plus my BP is spot on as well, but knees are gone from cricket ,footy and
running I was trained for Stawell gift a few times. once at 20 the next at 30 where believe it or not i was quicker.
Love my sport miss it but thats life maybe I miss the team aspect of competing.

@ Fractser a mate of mine who came over from the Shetland islands ended up staying and working in Darwin
32 every day high humidity, now thats one extreme to the other, IMO he's back in Shetland ATM

Thanks.....he knew how to work a crowd and was a great talker on the mic. I met him when I was about 15, so gentle and quiet, sadly passed away a year or two back. They were good days :)
