Hi I have a GQ with an RB30 carby motor.
The issue i have is that it idles fine on start up but when it warms up a little the idle drops and it runs slightly rough then completely stalls.
If i hit the key straight away it wont idle and I have to feather the accelerator to keep it running.
If I let it sit for a few mins I can hit the key and it will start and idle but once again when it warms up it will stall again.
Im after some help or if anyone has had the same probs.
Thanks in advance.

Yer its petrol and gas.
First time ive had it running as I bought it with a blown head gasket and it was half apart.

Ive checked everything but i still have not solved or found the problem.
Ive replaced the carby, dizzy, leads, coil, still wont rev, pops and farts and has a big miss/flat spot the second you touch the accelerator.
Its driving me nuts!!!!

From your post - Im guessing you had the dizzyy out - if so check that you have it in correctly. Also check that you have the rotar button pointing at number one cylinder spark plug lead when the motor is in top dead centre.
