I am glad to have access to the wealth of experience and expertise of this community and I hope I can contribute something in return.

I have a 1988 GQ LWB wagon with a 4.2 Petrol engine. I wouldn't see myself as an offroad or 4x4 enthusiast in particular, I use my Patrol as a utility vehicle. It has been bush a few times but nothing serious.

It has been sitting around for the last few years and needs some work. Also the main reason for it falling out of use was its thirst for fuel. I have some plans for a pair of HHO cells. It would be interesting to see if anyone has already done this, so that I can learn from their experiences.

I am looking forward to getting to know you all.
