G'day fellas i was wondering if any one has put a three quarter seat out of a ute into the front of a gu wagon thanks

As above you'll probably need to get an engineer's cert for a new compliance plate because you're changing the number of seats.

Don't stroke it, TAP it!!!!.....

I thought about it as well as it would change from a 7 to 8 seater. I would be really interested to have a look at such a conversion if someone in Brisbane has done it before.

Have a look under the flooring, my last 4x4 had holes for the seats for both lhd and rhd.
3 in the front is not very comfortable and if its a male a cricket box of some sort maybe required. lol
Then you need to have beefed up seat belt mounting points. Not just a matter of bolting in a bench seat.
Whats your reason for this if OK to ask?

if you change the seeting capacity even if you dont use the reer seats then tyers need to be a higher rating and brakes need to be upgraded as in the toyotas
thats why yuo pay alot more for them
