Hasn't it been raining in Brissy for like weeks non stop...LOL might have something to do with it

Its been raining a bit some mornings then other arvos, but nothing to write home about. They all drive around like they are in a tiny little car and dont give a rats about whats going on around them. Ive nearly been under a couple who wherent paying attention.
