Glow Plugs for RD28

Hi,

I need to replace the glow plug is my GU 2.8 Turbo Diesel. It getting hard to start in the mornings and seems to fire up on 2 or 3 cylinders. What are the best glow plugs to buy and were are they available and what sort of money are they worth? (I've heard there are some crap plugs out there)

I personally wouldnt use engine australia :/ but if it works it works..

I can help you out on these, im guessing its just a RD28T, or is it a RD28ETI(Intercooled)?
