HELP ASAP - ZD 30 welsh plug question

Hey guys just doing Healys clutch and need someone with access to the manual to have a quick look and tell us what the welsh plug in the pic below is for?

Can you tell me if its cam shaft access or coolant welsh plug please ASAP

The manual I have has a picture of the rear of the engine Darren and does not consider this as a welsh plug in the coolant system .

can't find reference to that welsh plug
only that rear seal and retainer plate,
torque at 8.2-9.5 Nm
