First time

Hi all,
Just joined up !
I've had 2 short wheel base patrols in the 80's & 90's . Changed to a 2001 3ltr Turbo in
2003.(Ex cop van) Bought it at an auction.
Its got 400k on the clock now and the missus still tows a triple horse float around the state with 3 big horses on board. Just changed all the shocks and springs myself.
Looking for info on how to rejuvinate a slightly tied motor.
Seem like a good sight to find just that.
