Hi guys my names Michael¡
Im new to the whole 4x4 thing only ever owned fast turbos and v8s but now looking
at getting into a Gu Patrol as my kids have dirt buggies and need a tough rig to tow them.
I've never done 4wding but been to loveday comps looked awesome! Now just in process of
selling my xr6 turbo hopefully looking at getting Into a GU but in two minds of 2.8 or the 4.5.
So any good feedback on both for towing would be great. Hope to join the club and start a new
range of driving.....thanks Michael

Welcome mate. Plenty of nice tracks around Adelaide and south end to cut your teeth on. Also the vic boarder has a a lot of nice touring tracks.

Welcome to the group. I'm on patrol no.5, going back to the 80's. Wouldn't have anything else although I was unfaithful with an 80 series for a short time. PJM
