Hi. My name is Peter. I have been driving 4WDs since 1974 when I bought a series II Landy. I've had a string of Landrovers since. (can't help but notice that neither Landy nor Landrover are in your dictionary Ha!)

Anyway, I've just bought my first Patrol, a 2010 GU7 Wagon 3.0 ltr Auto with 56,000 Kms on the clock.

Let me say from the outset that I do not go for wheel driving as such. Our cars are purely tow vehicles. We've had numerous caravans, camper trailers and pop-tops over 40 years of camping and we always find a good, heavy 4WD to be the best tow vehicle.

I've joined the forum to be able to seek advice on the various additions/modifications we may make. I'm sure you goys will be able to share your experiences and help me avoid the mistakes.

My first post will be coming up shortly.

Regards, Peter

Welcome mate. Pretty sure the 2010 3ltrs are not the grenade versions, but you still may be interested in fitting the NADs system to give you better control of the engine. Just do a search up top right for it, and read away.
Enjoy the new bus
