Stone chips on paint work

I have a couple of stone chips that are about match head size that are now dribbling a little rust. Any suggestions for fixing would be appreciated.

A touch up pen from Nissan I reckon.

Strip it right back and full body respray in that fancy sparkly paint 4off just had done I reckon :D

A little rust convertor, then some touch-up paint will do the trick.
