No power with new engine

I all I'll I have just finishec an engine replacement in my gu3 zd30 after I cooked the lasr one and cracked the head. The engine seems to be running fine but has no power what so ever.the turbo seems to be spooling up and we have replaced all vacuum lines. Does anyone have any idea?

Leak on the boost side. Do you have a boost gauge?

I don't have gauge as of yet is ordered and paid for but hasn't turned up yet

I don't know what its called but the levers that open the throttle body do not move when reving the engine. They are move by vacuum we took one of the vacuum hoses off and sucked on it and they moved that's what makes me think vacuum problem. I'm no mechanic I'm ju st guessing

Dodgy vacume pump or blockage? lines on the wrong spots?

If your not getting vacume to components the vvt actuator in the turbo will not work and not opening the throttle body is just one big choke.

Just a thought as I have just been driving the car and there is now gearbox oil pissing out of it would a dodgy torque converty give loss in power
