I'd be thinking hub or cv problem if clicking while turning. I changed front hubs re greased and new cvs when I put my lokka in. No clicking at all

Dunno........ I think its just the lokka disengaging when turning corners cause inside and outside wheels turn at different speed. Mates ones make the same noise. Its pretty quiet and I can only hear it with windows down and going slowly. I think their website even refers to it.
I can always jack it up and check it out.

They can click when hubs are locked in 2 or 4wd on turns, but should never click when your hubs are free.

Sometimes "auto" hubs do not like the Lokkas, as they are tricked into attempting to engauge, and so the hubs will click, this is what happend to me, so i did the mod to make the hubs work as manuals, and no more "hub" click.

They're meant to click when hubs are engaged
It's in the install instructions for the LoKka also to listen for the click dunno about other brands though

I had to convert to man hubs after i fitted my Lokka as auto hubs kept trying to engage usually at speed they also only click when the hubs are locked had them in now for over 7 yrs without any problems

So click once to engage disengage is operational noise but if constant clicking around the corner hub or cv issue maybe.

macca they click, there is 2 sets of dog-tooth clutches, that is what engages and disengages them. It allows the outside wheel to spin faster.

you can always tell a boilermaker, you just cant tell him much. LMFAO

I have a Detroit locker in mine and there is only clicking whilst in 4wd but it's more like clunk and only if tuning tight. I much prefer them over air lockers! I've had no personal experience with Lokka's but they have a good rep.
