Assuming its a standard bush , that does not have an offset hole.
Is hard work without a press, and you might need some heavy equipment and gloves.
Use a hacksaw to cut a slot from the middle to the outer section of the bush.
Belt this out with decent hammer (large mallet)
I have used an oxy torch in the 'field' environment to remove springs, bushes and bolts etc and this is another way, although smelly, smokey and hot.
You will need a suitable bolt to fit down the centre of the new bush, plus a round section of decent thickness steel plate to use as a 'drift' to 'assist' the bush in.
Have control arm on solid, level surface and coat outer side (or inside of control arm where bush will go) of bush with anti-seize.
Whack with mallet until bush is sitting correctly.
Much easier with a press if you don't have, or can't make the gear you need

A large socket works as a drift well too. It's a hand full but it's possible. Are you replacing them with factory bushes?? Say yes ;)
