I would just sit the snorkel to quarter mark out and cut I highly doubt you will find a template

Put lipstick around bolt holes then carefully line up snorkel whilst about 5mm off the paint, then when lined up and in position push snorkel onto panels. Get a sharpy and dot the holes on the vehicle, wipe lipstick off paintwork then do the lipstick steps again and see if your second attempt matches the sharpy holes.
