Blown Head Gasket on a 98 GU 4.5 ltr

I have recently purchased a 98 Nissan Patrol 4.5ltr. Heard a pop and now have oil leaking from the top of the exhaust manifold. I imagine it is running from the head gasket. Does this sound right?
