I just want to give a little feedback on home 12volt.....
I bought 2 new 120a/h extreme gel deep cycle batteries... The delivery time was with in a week and would have been quicker if not for star track express. Anyway I placed them in the car that night, one under bonnet and one in my rear battery box (run triple battery system). After a couple of days the battery under the bonnet swelled on the end( closest to my extractors). I did not have a heat shield in as I had not needed it with the deep cycle (well maybe I did and that is why the battery has died). I emailed home 12volt the minute I noticed it and without any hesitation Garry from home 12volt said he would send me a new one and even after I said I had no heat shield he said he would send me one. I received the new battery and heat shield yesterday!
He had the new one sent the first chance he had.... I never expected to get such great old fashioned service!!!
Even a discount on a new one would have been acceptable to me as I probably have to take a bit of the blame!!!
I can't rate this company highly enough after that!!!!

Gotta love a good story like that. People like that are obviously not in the industry for the money, but for the passion. Good on him!

I ended up getting a marine battery for my one as I don't have a heat shield either.

Its refreshing to hear about businesses that actually "deserve" to still be in business (so many just don't deserve it)
