1998 GU ST Patrol - Fuel Light?

Hey guys,

Just a quick one, does the 98 GU ST have a fuel light? Just bought the car and ran it until it hit the last mark on the gauge (I know I shouldn't) and no fuel light came on.

Yea has one on the left of the fuel guage, an orange dot

As above only about 15-20 ltrs left after light comes on

This makes me happy, was also wondering why it didn't take capacity when I filled it up!

is it really???
The fuel guage certainly is designed to keep you from running out. As tres dogues says there's plenty left but it can I think vary a bit.
Best is to wait till the light comes on, fill up and check the numbers to the handbook. Hope there'so such thing a a stuffed warning light though.
