GQ Vibrating over bumps

i own a GQ petrol\gas 93 model and for a couple of months, now and then the steering seems to vibrate over some bumps in the road, can anyone help as to what this may be??

Steering ball joints, bushes, wheel bearings, swivel housings, shockies.
Need to get more info to narrow the issue. Head to the intro section and tell us about yourself, what car you got and where you are geographically located.
