Good day today. Anyone who hasn't been to Tallarook before should make it their business to get up there, seriously. I never get tired of the place.

Wish the rain had come down properly on the way back though to get rid of the feckin 6" layer of dust on my car.

If the latter, the boys did it, but I decided once was enough for me, so I looped around and came in from the top of Rocky track.

Lots, only Winnie and Daz got up under their own steam, didn't see Winnies effort but Daz hit that hill like the fist of an angry god. Johnny had to drive back down a bit, anchor off a tree and do a bit of winching on Kev & Healys rigs.

Have just finished having shower and unpacking, thanks to all that attended it was another awesome weekend, my family and I had a really good time. I have a bucket load of pics but our Internet has been turned off as we are moving next weekend so as soon as its back on I will get them up, I will try and get some onto my phone and post them up.

P.S I found this really nice looking self inflating mattress that some other campers must have left there, I am going to be so much conifer next time I have to camp.

Unpacked at home good weekend testing the toy out

I just got home. Knackered! Went for a drive with Rossco, Darren, Healy and George today. Tallarook is awesome! Shame some of you couldn't make it, had a great time.

No he brought the GU of course! Rossco made it up that hill and so did Kev's mate (sorry can't remember his name) without winching. It was pretty gnarly though!

I was in such a hurry to pack up and get home after I got "THE CALL" so even though I knew better I quickly cleaned my headlights with cold water and watched them crack.... now I need some new lights.

got to the top of the track and there was a tree across it so found another way round had to back past winnie and watching both mirrors
but for some reason this old dead tree step in behind me felt it but just a tad slow stopping
the door still square shuts ok wont take much to fix

Roofy I came home with a battle scare too mate. No where near your though but a little scrape off the back bar too.

Plotted a couple of good tracks to go back to with the GQ later on.

Great spot. Camp site was DEAD FLAT!!! Um that was a different camp site.

O.k have figured out how to use the internet on my phone to use the computer, so i busy uploading it all to photo bucket (230) pics so it taking a little while especially running off the phone.

I think most of us came out with a few battle scars, i tickled my right rear wheel arch on that ROCK climb and beautified my steps a bit more. Bryden (<<Winnie<<<) did a fair bit of belly scratching as he is on a very used standard suspension. I so cant wait to get my winch on along with my new light bar (will have to modify my rack a bit). Also decided that I want/need an exhaust and chip upgrade, duell batt, fridge and way less gear.


P.S No one is missing their mattress and kettle are they?????? [Johnathon]
